Patti Hodges brings to HMS a wide range of knowledge, skill and experience in healthcare delivery and administration. With clinical experience in the areas of emergency medicine and critical care, she assists providers in dealing with human resource issues, such as job description development and performance evaluation tools. Her administrative expertise as a director has prepared her to assist providers in maximizing organizational operation and efficiency. Patti also serves as a Project Manager in projects in both the government and private sector.

Patti has training and certification in physician office coding and compliance review. She is certified as a legal nurse consultant with several years of experience in reviewing medical malpractice cases, and providing medical expertise in property and casualty claims management. Ms. Hodges is a trained mediator and has additional expertise and experience in association and political action committee management.
