Meeting, Conference, and Special Event Planning Services
HMS has extensive experience in conducting hundreds of meetings, workshops, and seminars for over 20 years. These meetings are planned and executed with a specific focus on meeting the needs and expectations of conference participants including but not limited to:
A - health care providers,
B - business leaders,
C - academicians,
D - government personnel, and
E - the public.
For over twenty years, HMS personnel have conducted hundreds of meetings, conferences, and special events for clients ranging from a few hours to week long in duration.
Past Performance:
A major task in the MAO contract with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) requires HMS to provide comprehensive services for the National Bid Conference. These services include activities such as
1 - development of the overall project timeline,
2 - design and implementation of an on-line registration tool,
3 - on-site support for conference execution,
4 - design and implementation of an evaluation process to capture participant feedback, and
5 - compilation of a lessons-learned document to improve future programs.
