Founded in 2002 by Leah Heimbach and Patricia Hodges (retired), HMS has remained steadfast in its mission to improve lives through exceptional healthcare consulting services. From the beginning, our work has been driven by a deep commitment to our mission.
In June 2022, we proudly became a 100% employee-owned company (ESOP), a milestone that reflects our belief in shared success and long-term investment in our people.
